One-time packs for paid Growth and Enterprise. They add to the same org pool and do not expire at period end. Not available on trial.

Who pays — buyers or selling teams?: Selling organizations (strategists and sellers) subscribe. The Buyer Firewall portal is free for buyers. Buyers are never Stripe Customers.
When does the free trial start?: Identity is not billing. Creating your first workspace starts a 30-day Starter trial with a flat token grant. Signing up alone does not open a subscription.
What is blocked during the trial?: Inviting teammates, growing seats, and buying token top-ups. Upgrade to Growth (or talk to sales for Enterprise) to unlock team features.
How do seats and tokens work?: Author seats are a pool your admins assign. WinBench tokens are pooled at the organization — everyone burns from the same balance; usage is attributed per person for audit.
Can I buy more tokens?: Yes on paid Growth or Enterprise — one-time packs add to the same pool and do not expire at period end. Trial and Starter cannot purchase top-ups.
Where do I manage billing after signup?: In the WinBench app under Settings → Subscription. Checkout and Customer Portal stay behind the BILLING gate until live for your environment.
